Colleagues,
Welcome to the AALPI web site. Our goal is to provide the most current information available to our members and to be a helping hand for those visitors who have little or no experience choosing or working with an investigator. Private investigation is an expertise that is almost an art form. Knowing what to look for and where to look is a talent that develops slowly over long periods of time through experience and education. AALPI is committed to ensuring Private Investigation is a profession that maintains highly trained and qualified, ethical, and professional investigators to serve the public interest. Our members adhere to a very high standard of ethical conduct and continually work toward maintaining a criterion of extraordinary quality within the profession. I hope our members and the public find our site helpful and informative.
The AALPI site is divided into two components; publicly accessible pages and Member pages. The publically accessible pages are intended to act as a resource to those who may be shopping for investigative services, making preliminary informal inquiries, or trying to contact one of our members. Please take advantage of our “Find an Investigator” feature. It’s fast and easy. Our member’s pages offer AALPI members best practice resources, access to Association news, and information about member benefits. To encourage association we offer two classifications of membership; “Full Member” for those individuals who are licensed private investigators, either in Arizona or the state in which they live and “Associate Members” for those who are supportive of our mission. Associate Members may include equipment and service vendors, insurance investigators, public entity investigators, legal professionals, investigative reporters, or anyone working in the industry and shares our concerns and supports our mission.
As a final point, if you have an interest I invite you to join AALPI and support our mission. On behalf of the Executive Board and our members, thank you for your interest in our Association and we sincerely hope you are successful in all your life’s goals.
Van A. DiCarlo
