If you have lost your user id please contact the Administrative Liaison at the number and email listed above. 

Passwords

User accounts are initially set up with a generic password, which should be emailed to you upon account creation.  If you did not receive this information, or have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot Your Password' link.  You will need to enter the email address associated with your account and you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to reset your password.

If you have changed email addresses, did not receive the initial email or simply do not recall which email is associated with your account, please contact the administrator.

Membership Directory Support

 Visitors can search for members by keyword or by entering one or more of the following items: County, City, State, Zip Code or Case Type.

Only current AALPI Members in good standing are listed in the membership directory.

User Profile Support

 All AAPLI members should periodically review their directory information and request updates or corrections through the Administrator at the number and email listed above.  All directory listings should contain a short description of the services they provide and any other pertinent information about their agency that will assist a visitor when searching for an investigator.  If you do not have such a description in the directory please review other listings, such as DiCarlo and Associtates,  for examples on how to write your description.  Email that description to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  When you receive confirmation that your description or changes have been added please review the information for any errors.  Also if you have a website link that you would like included please be sure to request that it be added.  The search function uses keywords so be sure to include those in your description.
